Meet The Team
Mike
Introducing the owner, the man behind everything that keeps our salon going and who thinks he's also the boss Mike. After joining Paolos in 1996 as a stylist from down South and then taking over the salon over 10 years ago he's created a beautiful salon with a strong team of 4 .
Mike loves being creative with all men's styles, he also spends some of his days off training our apprentice up and keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. We are most likely to catch Mike buying new trainers whilst he's meant to be working.
Julie
Introducing our stylist Julie who joined the team when she left school in 1997. She did her apprenticeship at JRTaylors, which was in St annes and then after getting married in 2009 she moved to Suffolk for 4 years before rejoining the team in 2013.
Julie's favourite thing to do is all things hair related especially hair ups styles. She loves that no hair cut, colour and style is the same. When she's not busy doing hair she also runs most of the social media page's and helps to train the apprentice who is also her daughter Adele . We are most likely to catch Julie eating or talking about food when she is meant to be working.
Favourite things to do whilst having a day off is catching up on sleep and family days out.
Courtney
Introducing our newest stylist who has been with us since leaving school Courtney . After completing her apprenticeship from Blackpool and Fylde college in February 2020 Courtney moved up to a stylist position.
Courtney loves colouring especially doing foils. When she is free Courtney is more than happy to help out with the other stylists in the salon and also enjoys teaching Adele different techniques on a dolls head. We are most likely to catch Courtney on her phone whilst she's meant to be working.
