CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ
By booking an appointment with us you are confirming acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Cancellations where necessary should be made with as much notice as possible.
Cancellations at less than 24 hours will be charged at 50%.
No shows will be charged at 50%.
No future appointments will be booked until cancellation payments are settled and you will also no longer to be able to book appointments on our online booking system.
Please understand this policy is necessary to protect our business. You wouldn’t be happy if your boss told you to take a 2 hour unpaid break during your day through no fault of your own.
Thankfully we have got great clients and don’t have to enforce this policy often. But please if you need to cancel do it ASAP to give us chance to be able to refill the appointments.
